This project concerns the area of the building C28 of the Pininfarina, the area of the building ITCA and the zone of the Cascina Armano, next to the mall Le Gru, in Grugliasco (Turin). The project was to subdivide the area in two different areas: a residential zone and a commercial zone, inserted in a urban background which is adressed to renovation process. Not only residential buildings, but also the care to the green external areas and the connection with the commercial areas, creating a new polyvalent district with all services.
