The project of the second and third phase involves the expansion of the existing company throughout the construction, in the area behind it, of a a new building block for offices about 1550 sqm, connnected to a new production shed  about 10.000 sqm, equipped with overhead cranes for material handling. The office block  is connected to the existing building through an underground path that passes through the technological plants. On the ground floor you can find a canteen and underground dressing rooms for the staff. On the upper floors there are the working areas which are divided into open space stations, private offices and meeting rooms. On the roof of the new building, 150 sqm photovoltaic panels are installed.
