The building is a nineteenth building composed by two floors out of the ground floor, looking at the main road of the city, in the meanwhile looking downstream, it is composed by 4 floors. The restauration process created 3 new residential units, one for each floor.

The project involves: demolition and reconstruction of floor and wall tiles, crawl space, the base floors, plaster, inside and outside walls, decorations on vaults, new services and kitchens.
Engineering and structural works were as well crutial in the renovation process, in facade a new staircase is necessary to access to the courtyard.
